VARTEKS İPLİK SAN. LTD. ŞTİ.

With over two decades of manufacturing expertise, Varteks is a Denizli-based producer and global exporter of industrial threads, twines, and specialty cords — serving a diverse range of industries from agriculture and food processing to cable manufacturing and net production. Our Product Range Sustainable & Biodegradable Threads: Our flagship biodegradable bag closing thread is made from a 50/50 Cotton-Tencel (lyocell) blend, offering full compostability under industrial conditions. Aligned with EU packaging directives and free from microplastics, it is the preferred choice for food-grade sacking, agricultural packaging, and environmentally conscious operations worldwide. Tobacco Industry: The same Cotton-Tencel thread performs exceptionally in tobacco leaf stringing and sewing machines, serving processors across major tobacco-producing regions in Europe, Africa, and beyond. Agriculture & Horticulture: Varteks supplies greenhouse twine and vegetable stringing lines purpose-built for tomato, cucumber, and pepper cultivation — designed to withstand the mechanical demands of modern greenhouse systems. Food Processing: Our natural meat casing twines for sausage (sucuk) and cured meat (pastirma) production meet strict food-contact safety requirements, combining tensile strength with natural fiber integrity. Cable & Steel Rope Manufacturing: We produce high-performance filler cords used as core fillers in cable and steel rope construction — engineered for dimensional stability, compressibility, and process consistency. Net Knitting: Our net knitting twines are supplied to manufacturers of agricultural nets, fishing nets, and industrial mesh products, available in various counts and materials. Why Varteks For more than 20 years, we have built long-term relationships with buyers across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa by delivering on three core commitments: consistent product quality, flexible production (including OEM), and reliable export logistics from the heart of Turkey's textile industry — Denizli. Whether you are sourcing sustainable packaging solutions, agricultural supplies, or technical industrial cords, Varteks has the expertise and capacity to meet your requirements at scale
