Viaforta is a brand and export company specialising in air brake chamber diaphragms for commercial vehicles - trucks, buses, trailers and semi-trailers. The range covers 21 sizes: types 9, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 27, 28, 30 and 36 in normal and long stroke. Every size is cross-referenced to the original part numbers buyers actually hold - 496 references across WABCO, Mercedes-Benz, MAN, Volvo, Scania, Renault, DAF, IVECO, Knorr-Bremse, Haldex and the main aftermarket brands. If you have a part number, we can tell you which diaphragm replaces it. Parts are made at our production partner's facility in Istanbul, Turkiye, under the quality standards and supply arrangement Viaforta sets. The rubber compound is mixed at the facility rather than bought in, which keeps traceability from the raw material lot to the finished part inside one building. Monthly capacity is 20,000 units. Viaforta runs brand management, sales, quoting and the export operation.
