Bay Leaves (Laurus nobilis): Whole, semi-sorted, and hand-selected options; rich in essential oils, ideal for food, tea, and extraction markets. Oregano (Origanum vulgare): Wild harvested or cultivated, high in carvacrol content; crushed or whole leaf forms available. Other Available Herbs: Thyme, Rosemary, Sage, Mint, Sumac, Basil, Tarragon, Marjoram – all tested for purity, low pesticide residues, and microbiological safety. Custom Blends: We develop tailor-made seasoning blends for meat, poultry, and Mediterranean cuisine applications. All herbs are processed with minimal handling to preserve aroma and color. We provide full documentation including Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Laboratory Reports, and where applicable, Organic Certification. Vine Leaves – Our Flagship Export Line We offer an extensive range of grape leaves in brine, tailored to regional culinary preferences. Our leaves are hand-picked at the optimum maturity stage to ensure elasticity, low acidity, and natural green tones. Sultani (Manisa) and Tokat Vine Leaves: Harvested under contract farming agreements. Packaging Options: Available in 580cc, 720cc, 1700cc jars, 5 kg tins, and bulk barrels (50–120 kg). Private Labeling: Full-service branding and multilingual labeling available for retail chains and gourmet brands. Our vine leaves are widely used for traditional dolma/sarma dishes in Turkish, Greek, Middle Eastern, and Balkan cuisines. Sun-Dried Products & Gourmet Antipasti From the sun-kissed valleys of the Aegean coast, we supply naturally sun-dried vegetables and artisanal Mediterranean starters: Sun-Dried Tomatoes: Halves or strips, salted or semi-rehydrated; ideal for foodservice and retail packing. Stuffed Vine Leaves (Dolmas): With rice, herbs, or quinoa – available in ready-to-eat jars and tins. Grilled Eggplants, Roasted Peppers, Capers, Artichokes: Preserved in olive oil or brine; customized for deli counters, catering, or premium retail. Organic Options available upon request. Frozen Fruit Import & Distribution In addition to our exports, we are engaged in the import and distribution of IQF frozen berries and other fruits to serve domestic food processors, pastry producers, and ice cream manufacturers: Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries, Red Currants, Cherries, and Strawberry Varieties Origin: Primarily Poland, Serbia, and Chile – depending on seasonal availability. Cold-chain integrity and EU-compliant microbiological tests guaranteed. We also support mixed pallet requests for horeca and industrial customers, offering long-term supply consistency.
