Gri Kalip responds to its customers with a professional working principle in mold design and production of product design. We offer an engineering service that foresees problems that may be encountered later with a team that closely follows all innovative technologies during the design phase. Injection Mold Production Gri Kalip produces molds at world standards with over 20 years of experience. Our mold shop, which produces 250 molds per year, has all the machines needed for mold production. We provide correct delivery times and low costs by producing practical solutions in mold systems with a more efficient working principle without compromising our quality standards or mold components. Injection Part Production In our facility with 25 injection machines ranging from 90 tons to 750 tons, all our machines work integrated with the pds production monitoring and control system. Our company, which has a monthly production capacity of 400 tons, has caught the latest technology in all its machines and equipment, working efficiently and with the principle of minimum waste. For this reason, all our machines are servo-controlled and are 2019 models and above. Our preferred injection machine is Yizumi. Assembly and Packaging We carry out assembly processes such as assembling and bonding the parts we produce by bringing them together with our own team. At this stage, the necessary QC checks are made and the products are checked at every stage until they are produced in the machine and shipped in line with the customer's request. Maximum importance is given to prevent damage to our products during transportation. After Sales and Warranty Since the molds work in our own structure during the injection production after our mold production, all maintenance and repairs are carried out by us free of charge.
