Our company has a facility with a capacity of 33. 000 spindles having established 20 compact combed cotton ring machines. With new technologies and innovations, our factory uses the most modern spinning frames by Rieter including Jossi-Magic Eye foreign fiber detecting and Quantum 3 clearers with pp detecting. To obtain the best quality yarns, our laboratory uses Spider Web yarn system. All the yarns produced in our factory is under quality control by the laboratory. Furthermore, we continue our production with Supima, Giza, Turkish and USA cotton. All the fibers which enters to our factory is controlled in bales and given HVI test to start its production with classification. Our yarn range is from NE 6/1 to NE 100/1. In the winding, we use advanced technology Murata winding machines. In accordance with your request, we offer palet, box and sack systems for packing.
