Gul Otomotiv Tekstil San. Ve Tic. Ltd. Sti was founded in 1975 by Gulali Demirci in Topkapi – Istanbul and aimed the sales and distribution of Magirus Deutz engines and Otokar minibuses spare parts for wholesale and retail after market. The company moved in 1993 in to a bigger facility, changed her status as Limited Company and started the production of various spare parts of above stated vehicles than enlarged the distribution area to Nationwide. In 2002 with a new investment and modernization of the production product line has been enlarged and exported trough export companies or direct contacts with foreign countries. At same time the Company started to produce parts for military vehicles and supplied local contractors of Turkish Land Forces. In mid 2004 the company integrated ISO9000:2001 quality control system and started to manufacture complete transmission systems such Transfer Gear Cases , Final Drive assemblies for M113 series vehicles. Actually Gul Otomotiv reached ISO9001:2008 Quality management system and improves to ISO9001:2015 in 2018
