We are a Manufacture & Exporter of Knitted garments in vertical setup factory right from spinning to garmenting with all facilities in-house. Garment Production & Pressing Packing– Our two Production units all with Hanging Conveyor system (Dust Free Production System) 35k pieces per day with in-house lab facility. Printing – We do all kinds prints with MHM machine & Digital we do around 12000 pcs per day. Embroidery – Barudan Japan make machine about 8000 pcs per day. Washing – We produce all kinds of garment washes in house like Garment Dyeing, stone wash, marble wash enzyme…. All in-house. How Sustainable we are • All energy from the wind mills & solar systems. • Dye house is Zero Liquid Discharge and the water is recycled 90% and 10% recycled waste water evaporated through air which doesn’t harms the environment. • Production units are converted to air conditioning system where the waste water from the factory is treated and converted into cooling system. • In Production area, we use 90% natural lights for better visibility. • LEED Platinum Certified Green Manufacturing Facility.
