Doyum Pasta Factory in other words, Ugur Food Industry and Trade Joint Stock Company which takes the name of shareholder Ugur Velicangil. The factory was established under the leadership of shareholders; Ugur Velicangil, Osman Yerebakan and Kadir Gonulacar in 1982 and the following year in 1983, the firm started the operations. In 1983, the first activity area in Doyum Pasta Factory was semolina and the additional product was flour. By the 1986, pasta production took place with the other products. Our factory has been focusing its investments in the emerging technology so that for the new technological pasta lines; 2000 m2 new indoor area has accelerated the construction into the total area of 8000 m2 in 1996. Thus, in 1998, the Italian technology, which can produce 1500 kg per hour, was put into production a new line of pasta. Ongoing investments in technology, our factory has added spaghetti to pasta products in 2005. In this way, our factory has managed to expand both its product range and production capacity. In our pasta factory, computer-aided manufacturing technology is used and this carries us into the limited pasta factories in our country and in the world. Our company aims to become the leader in pasta market by its domestic and foreign market sales of pasta which is growing from day to day and its investments in the quality management system. To introduce our country to the world and to contribute to the country's economy are the ultimate goals of our company.
