The Company’s flagship-venture was ‘Precise & Perfect Engineering Company’ setup in the year 1989 and in entirety almost for three decades the Company is in the service of Indian Textile Industry by supplying Flat Bed Screen Printing Machine, Accessories and Spares giving emphasis on precision of engineering, absorption of new technology and world-class quality standards. By now we could supply about a 1500 Flat Bed Screen Printing Machines apart from few Machines exported to Bangladesh and African Countries. Supplied complete Machinery for a Textile Processing Unit setup on Turnkey basis in Malavi (Africa) and Printing Machines to Bangladesh. Got certified the quality management system of the Company conforming to the standards of ISO 9001:2015 & 14001:2015. QUALITY POLICY We stand with a strong commitment to improve constantly the quality of Machines by utilizing the latest technology advances and strive to develop in-house, customized test programs for providing the highest quality Printing Machines. QUALITY CONTROL AND ‘R & D’ ACTIVITIES Openhanded emphasis is given in every stage of operations on precision of engineering; maintenance of design features laid-up and or planned for, upholding the adopted technology and quality standards. The Machines and equipments of our workshop is maintained, repaired and calibrated periodically by the maintenance staff of the company and if need be by availing expert services from outside. A chain of suppliers and vendors are developed to ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials, spares and components as per standard specifications and drawings. Each and every raw materials, spares and components are thoroughly inspected by the Inspection Department against quality; quantity, material, specifications, dimensions, and records and those conforming to the parameters are only taken into production/assembly. Fabricated structures, machined, welded, coated, painted and polished components and parts are inspected again before taking those items for assembly of the Machines. SERVICES AND ASSURANCE The Machines are installed by our Erection Engineers as per drawings, specifications and customer needs at the place i. e. Textile Printing / Processing Units of buyers to their utmost satisfaction. On completion of installation Machines are commissioned duly taking trial run. The Machines so supplied are warranted to replace or repair at our option any parts that need replacement or repair by reason of defective workmanship or defective material or faulty design brought to our notice within twelve months after delivery to the buyers.
