Starting with KENT brand in 1954 BAYRAK GIDA SAN. TIC. A.S. revealed its sensitivity to human health with Europe standard integrated plant built on 10.500m2 at Organized Industry Zone in 1981. The company expanded its product range with KENT brand and became the leader of the sector at cake auxiliary materials in 2001 and powder drinks in 2003. Our company has ISO 9001 Quality Management and ISO 22000 Food Safety Management Systems. Working on customer satisfaction base we guarantee the best quality products on time delivery to our customers by following requests, suggestions and criticisms. Our company having 15.000 ton/year capacity presents the best quality products at the earliest with 260 different products with different grammages. The products are analyzed and quality controlled at our labs regularly and moisture, ash, impurities, volatile oil, paint, salt and acid proportions are identified. Furthermore the company makes new product trials with R&D projects using national and international funds.
