China import company requests: soap

Hello, I am Ta******, I live in China, I wanted to talk about ****bay soap. I wanted to talk directly to ****Soap company. Their products are sold over the internet in China. If the right conditions are met, we as a company want to buy their products from Turkey and market them in China. If possible, do we have the chance to produce bay soap under our own brand?
