USA importer company request: men lightweight jacket

I hope you've been doing well! I'm looking to work on a collection and I'm looking to create the following:
1. Men's lightweight jacket
I want to work with a professional full-service, flexible manufacturer who can source the right fabrics for me and produce these products via cut and sew at a reasonable price. The MOQ for my initial order that I'm looking for is 50-100 depending on the style.
