Mazafati dates, also known as KIMIA dates, are delicious and tasty dates with soft and delicate flesh. They have the highest amount of moisture (16-25%) among different types of dates. The ripe Mazarati date is often dark brown or black and is covered in a juicy secretion. They have a rather thin skin that can be easily removed from the fleshy part. With their natural flavor and intoxicating sweet aroma, Mazafati dates are a desirable delicacy in every dish. Shelf Life & Storage Conditions: Will be safe for 18 to 24 months stored at 3°C to 5°C temperature. Export phytosanitary Treatment: Fumigation by methyl bromide gas.
