DESCRIPTION: Acrylic Copolymer binder based, marble patterned decorative interior wall paint. CHARACTERISTIC: -Harmless to people and environmental friendly through its water based content. -Suits your personal pleasure with its marble pattern, and velvety structure. -High covering ability. -Leaves no cracks. -Easy cleanable through glassy surface. APPLICATION SURFACES:After surface preparation, Marmarito can be applied on a wide range of interior surfaces such as old painted surfaces, concrete, plaster, rendering, cement board, wallpaper, glass textile etc. TECHNICAL INFORMATION Structure: Styrene Acrylic Consumption: 4,5- 5,5 (m²/ kg), 250-300 (g/m2) Density: 1,57 ± 0,02 ( g / ml ) Solids Content: %65±2 Thinner: No thinning, ready to-use Drying: Touch dry: after 30-45 min, Dust repulsive: after 1-1.5 hour, Hard dry: after 24 hours SURFACE PREPARATION: – The surface must be cleared of any oil, dirt or dust. Swollen and old paintings must be scraped off. Surface must be clean, dry and solid. -In case that surface is not smooth, to be able to apply Marmarito on the surface first apply Silkcoat Dahili Akrilik Macun to obtain problem-free surface. -A smooth and glazed surfaces should be obtained by applying Silkoat Izolac before Marmarito application. smooth but old painted, sytnthetic and dirty surfaces should be obtained by applying Silkcoat Universal Primer. A surface which has been puttied should be obtained by applying Silkcoat Putty Primer. Silkcoat Universal Primer should be used on smooth, old painted surfaces, Silkcoat Universal Primer, Silkcoat Putty Primer should be used on surfaces that are applied with putty. APPLICATION: -Silkcoat Marmarito can be applied without diluting through spatula in two coats. -Leave minimum 4 hours between coats depending on weather conditions. -After 2. coat application is dry ,marmarito is applied with spatula without diluting again giving diagonal and vertical-horizontal non continous spatula or trowel strikes to make material textured on surface. – As a last step , the entire surface is shined by putting pressure on the trowel with up-down and right-left circular movements. Different colors can be obtained. –After application , tools should be cleaned with water. APPLICATION DETAILS: Before using Marmarito, it should be mixed until it becomes completely homogenous. Ambient and surface temperature should be between + 5ºC and + 35ºC during application and product drying. If applied on very bright and glassy surfaces, a solid surface should be formed by sanding the surface first to ensure better adhesion. CAUTION: -Avoid getting eye and skin contact. In case wash with plenty of water. -Preserve in a tightly closed container. -Keep above the reach of children -Do not dump into sewer system.
