Our history The first steps we took towards making perfect steel structures. Hundreds of major projects in the region and in many sectors were executed using steel and machineries forged at our steel factory like conveyer belts, vibrating screens, steel hangers, and stone crushers. In the feld of poultry equipment the factory exceeded all the limits in experiences and knowledge in building poultry houses in all kinds and types and slaughterhouses, silos, feed mills and feed stores with many of those projects still standing witnesses to the build quality and fine craftsmanship. HOT ROLLED STEEL Hot rolling is a mill process which involves rolling the steel at a high temperature (typically at a temperature over °1700 F), which is above the steel’s recrystallization temperature. When steel reaches the recrystallization temperature, it can be Shaped and formed in much larger sizes. Hot rolled products like hot rolled steel bars that are used in welding and construction industries to make masonry steel structures with high endurance. COLD FORMED STEEL Cold formed steel is essentially hot rolled steel that has had further processing. The steel is processed further in cold reduction mills, where the material is cooled (at room temperature) followed by annealing and/or tempers rolling. This process will produce steel with closer dimensional tolerances and a wider range of surface fInishes. All cold products provide a superior surface fnish, and are superior in tolerance, concentricity, and straightness. CLADDING Sandwich panels are the ideal solution for large installations that requires isothermal polyurethane insulation. PUR/PIR foams may offer the most optimal solution. The closed cell structures of the plastic foams make it more resistant against water.
