Looking for partner to set up yarn production facility

We are looking for a technical & training collaborator for a project that we are setting up in India for manufacture of covered elastic yarns. Our capacity in phase-1 will be 150 tons of covered elastic yarns/month. Our client, in India, is the largest socks manufacturers. Their captive consumption of covered elastic yarn is 100 tons per month. The new factory for covered elastic yarns will sell 75 tons per month of covered elastic yarn to our client for their internal consumption and the balance 75 tons per month will be sold in the Indian market or will be earmarked for exports. It may be interesting for your company to even consider entering into the new project for manufacture of covered elastic yarn as a 50:50 partner with our client.
