EMAS and POLIVIS as a group is one of the biggest producer of engineering polymers and polyolefinic compounds in Turkey. EMAS is established in 1984 at Bursa Industrial Zone to produce EMLON polyamide from fibre regeneration. Compounding started in 1994 with polyamide grades and expanded to various polymer compounds. R & D and technical support service is located within this plant.

POLIVIS, a subsidiary of EMAS, has been established in 2001 at Bursa Free Trade Zone (Gemlik ) to supply wide variety of engineering polymers and also enable logistical service to our customers.. POLIVIS has the latest technology and high capacity production line to produce polyolefinic compounds.

Emas and Polivis produce mainly PP, PA, PS, ABS, PBT compounds for major automotive, appliance, electrical, electronical, sports, portable power tools and garden equipment industries. (See Industries & Applications). The Products are marketed under the trade names of EMLON®; NYLEM® for Polyamide, and EMOPLEN® for Polypropylene with competitive prices and qualities. We also produce CARBEM® (PC), TERPOL® (ABS), EMPOL® (PS), NYBLEND® (PA+ABS), EMPBT® (PBT) and ESAN® (SAN) compounds.

The sales offices at Istanbul and Bursa are in close contact with 1000 potential and 400 active customers and regional distributors in Europe and Middle East .
