In July 1996 Shri Surendra Kumar Jain together with his two sons promoted the Company in the name of DM INTERNATIONAL to carry on the trading business. Initially the Company did not pickup due to market crisis though the Directors have tried their level best. In the year 1998-1999, it started the business of High Seas Sale of Stainless Steel Coils with some success. In the year 2002-2003, the Company started importing Copper from abroad. This proved as the turning point in the success of the Company. Profit of the Company inflated heavily. With the vision, dedication, hard labour etc. of the Directors, Employees and other Staff Members, the Company has achieved the great success in a short span of time.
