SPX-CQ (Subcontracting and Partnership Exchange of Chongqing) is a non-profit organization established in 2004 by UNIDO (United Nations Industrial Development Organization) with the support of Chongqing Municipal Government.

SPX-CQ, one program of UNIDO, devotes to establishment of long-term strategic partnership between Chinese and foreign enterprises. SPX-CQ focuses on the field of mechanical manufacturing---mainly metal processing and plastics processing (such as automobiles and motorcycles, agricultural machinery, food processing machinery, etc.). Based on the Chinese Enterprises Database, SPX-CQ could provide kinds of services, such as purchasing, supply chain development, sales, investment, technology transfer, market cooperation, etc., for both foreign enterprises interested in developing business in China and Chinese enterprises interested in activities of international market.
