Hadim Bakkaliye Gida was founded by Osman Sipleme on 90m2 area in 1961. With the customer satisfaction and developments in time he moved it to wholesaler bazaar on a 300m2 closed area in 1972 and started to produce confectionary and delight.
The production is done without sacrificing quality and hygiene. In 1999 the company was moved to New Confectionary Site on a 2800m2 closed area with three floors. In 2004 Mustafa Sipleme started to produce jam and halva with a new concept. Today with Senye Lokum brand the company has a place in domestic and abroad market.
